What is included in the unlimited features?
Everything beyond users and projects is unlimited! This includes environment variable keys, config files, API keys, and environments (dev, prod, staging, etc.). These features are subject to fair use policy to ensure service quality for all users.

Our fair use policy ensures that all users get reliable service. While features like env keys, config files, and API keys are unlimited, we ask that you use them responsibly. If we detect excessive usage patterns, we may contact you to discuss your needs and find an appropriate solution.
We are a non-profit / open-source / educational organization. Can we get a free/discounted pricing?
Yes! We do offer fully free or discounted pricing for non-profit, open-source, and educational organizations. Just send me your requirements and proposal along with pricing expectations.
Is it possible to upgrade or downgrade the number of users/projects month-to-month?
Absolutely! Our pricing is simple and flexible—you only pay for the number of users and projects you need. You can adjust these on a month-to-month basis without any long-term commitments.
How to pay? Do you have monthly/annual billing?
You pay via PayPal only for now, and we bill monthly based on your number of users and projects. Discounts are available for annual prepayment and commitments. Contact us for more details.
Do you have Audit logs, and how long do you retain them?
Yes, we do have audit logs that track all significant actions. We retain these logs for 180 days to help with troubleshooting and security audits.
What is your refund policy?
No refunds for now, but we are happy to work with you if you have any issues or concerns with the service. Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any problems you may have.
